When I was born, from my first words, I stuttered. It got worse in my teenage years. It was the kitchen that helped me grow out of it.
I earned degrees from SUNY and the Culinary Institute of America, I honed my skills at world-renowned restaurants including New York’s famed three-star Nobu. But what I love most is the Jamaican people and the Jamaican culture.
